10 Simple Things You Can Do Every Day to Improve Your Life

These are the things accomplished people did and are still doing that keep them on the high radar of achievements.

Do these things everyday to improve your life:

1. Spend time with those you love most. Remember, everyday.

2. Say “please” and “thank you” more often.

3. Laugh out loud when you fail.

Laugh out loud when you're sad.

Laugh out life when you feel depressed.

Laugh out loud when you can't find motivation to do anything.

4. Prepare at least one healthy meal...er'day!

You don't have to be in the kitchen, but make sure the healthiest food gets "in there" at least once....er'day.

5. Find time for exercise.

I know am too lazy for this, but I don't miss at least 15 minutes of jogging every morning. 15 minutes, can do you big thing!

6. Say “I love you”.

7. Listen to music

8. Perform a random act of kindness.

9. Carve out some time to be alone with your thoughts.
