3 persons were wounded in a bomb explosion in Kano, Kano state, northern Nigeria. The explosion occurs near Kano Central Eid praying ground, (northern Nigeria) close to a police/FRSC post. Among the wounded include an FRSC official and and one Kano Hisbah religious police.
There have been no reports of casualities yet and the injured are right now receiving treatment at the Murtala Mohammed Specialist Hospital, Kano.
No one claims responsibility as for now but the bombing is suspected to be carried out by the radical islamic group, Boko Haram.
